[Morrisville, NC, USA - February 22, 2007] Bijur Delimon International, a global family of manufacturers and distributors of centralized lubrication products and components, today announced the acquisition of Delimon Protos India Private Limited. The Delimon Protos India Private Limited product line and service operation will immediately merge with Bijur Delimon International and will be sold under the name of Bijur Delimon India Ltd. In addition, as part of this acquisition, Krishnan Ramanathan was named Managing Director of Bijur Delimon India Ltd.
“Delimon Protos India Private Limited has a solid reputation and loyal customer base,” Ramanathan said. “We will complement the Bijur Delimon International product line and give customers on a global basis a wider product offering and faster access to service operations.”
Based in Pune, Bijur Delimon India Ltd. offers centralized lubrication systems and service to many key industries in the region, including the heavy-duty marketplace, steel, mining, cement and machine tools, among others. In addition to centralized grease lubrication systems, Bijur Delimon India Ltd. supplies oil recirculation systems to various industries. It provides a single source for design and consultancy, manufacture, installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
